The Care4Neighbors Network Difference

Our Provider Network is different from other PPO or managed care networks in several important ways, all of which make participation by Providers highly beneficial for their respective practices. 

Unlike other networks where Providers are little more than a number listed in expansive provider directories, Care4Neighbors' Network is:

• Exclusive, all Providers receive semi-exclusive listing in our Provider Directory in their field of practice. Exclusive territories are based on Zip Codes for Primary Providers and Zones for Specialists (a Zone is comprised of 5 to 10 Zip Codes). 

• Community-based, allowing Providers direct access and communications to patients in their immediate neighborhoods.

• Collegial, as most providers join our Networks through the invitation of peers with whom they have long-standing relationships of referrals and professional courtesies.

• Empowering, giving our Network Providers control over how they treat their patients without encumbrances from managed care.

• Meaningful, as Care4Neighbors is the only FREE fully-integrated health discount plan in the nation for uninsured and under-insured families.
